Terms & conditions.

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and services of Alister Strategies SL, Calle Núñez de Balboa 120, 28006 Madrid, Spain ("Alister").

By engaging Alister or using this website, you accept these terms. Deviations are only valid when agreed in writing.

Alister provides strategy, marketing and communications services, including the 3-Month Strategy programme and ongoing marketing management retainers. The scope of each engagement is defined in a written proposal or agreement.

Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Agreements are formed upon written acceptance or commencement of the work.

Fees are as stated in the applicable proposal. The 3-Month Strategy requires a minimum project investment of €20,000. Retainer services are invoiced monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment entitles Alister to statutory interest and reasonable collection costs.

The client will provide, in a timely manner, all information, materials and decisions reasonably required for the delivery of the services. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and budgets.

All concepts, strategies, designs, copy and other materials created by Alister remain the intellectual property of Alister until full payment has been received, after which the agreed usage rights transfer to the client.

Alister retains the right to use delivered work for its own portfolio and promotional purposes, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Alister works with committed, professional teams and proven methods, but commercial outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. Projections — including ROAS benchmarks — are informed estimates, not guarantees. The market gets the final vote.

Alister's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the engagement in question. Alister is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, missed savings or reputational damage.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Both parties will treat all confidential information obtained in the course of the engagement as strictly confidential, during and after the collaboration.

Retainer agreements may be terminated with one calendar month's notice unless agreed otherwise in writing. Project engagements run for their agreed duration; work performed up to termination will be invoiced.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
